Our Founders' Military Roots
Our story starts in the military, where Carl honed his skills in communications. During his time in the military, he specialized in troubleshooting electrical and communication systems, including phone lines, under challenging conditions. Carl proudly served during the Gulf War, where his roles required precision and innovation in solving complex problems.
A Legacy of Expertise
After transitioning from military service, our Carl obtained an electrician license and expanded expertise with a degree in Electronic Engineering (B.A.S.) and a degree in Business (M.B.A). This unique blend of technical and managerial skills led to a career with IBM, focusing on low-voltage wiring and addressing various electrical needs.
Following this, Carl joined an electrical contractor, gaining hands-on experience in both residential and commercial electrical work—from wiring homes to large-scale business installations. This extensive background laid the groundwork for helping to start Ampuls Electric.
Building a Legacy with Kendrick
In partnership with Kendrick, who has served in the Marines and continues to serve in the Army Reserves, we established our own company. Kendrick’s military background enriches our team with discipline and dedication, complementing our founder’s technical and business acumen.
